Don't let my review give you an impression that you should avoid this hotel. It's an example of "you get what your pay for", which isn't all bad. We slept well, despite the bare minimum of pillows. ![]() The staff was hit or miss on our visit, either great or very brusque, but this hotel serves the purpose. We skipped breakfast, which looked okay, to wait for Business class meals on DL. The rooms are quiet, although sparse on amenities (no pictures, hair dryer, toiletries, trash cans). In the middle of a bland, military style complex, it's not the most visually inviting. Props to the hotel's staff, they called a cab for shuttle overflow for an 0600 departure. It's a five minute shuttle ride to the airport drop off, and you've got to put your name on the list for a shuttle. We chose this hotel after completing the ring road, and needed to hand up our spurs for an early flight out of KEF. ![]()
